Delivery
We will always do our best to give the delivery you require, but our policy on delivery has developed over the years. When an order is placed, we check with our delivery schedules to see if we can achieve the required date, and then, work backwards to decide the date when copy is to be received and the proof to be approved. This way the correct work-flow will be maintained. If the complexity of the job is such that the time scale is not achievable or machine space is already committed, we would offer a date we could guarantee. We have found this policy works, even though we may loose a particular job, we find we keep faith with our customer and they know they can trust our integrity for future orders. In fact we find it best to be involved earlier in the planning process where new jobs are being considered.
10 - 15 working days is generally required for completion of most of our jobs after a proof has been signed off.
